ImageAddicted to Japan.
Just an ordinary English guy that got tired of the ordinary life and the dreary English weather. After a 2 week holiday in Japan I took stock of where I was in my life at that time and decided I needed more, alot more. Not material possesions, although that is nice. But to know I was doing something more than just bein Joe Average. I made up my mind, set a date, and 6 months later was in Japan looking for my new job. Have never looked back or regretted it since.

I now work for a top multinational bank in Tokyo in a position that allows me to push myself technically and is very rewarding. The job satisfaction is great. It also rewards me well enough to indulge in my passions for driving a sports car, riding a fast motorcycle, and to enjoy my photography. Life is good. The only downside being that my family is far away and visits home are infrequent. For now we rely on Email and weekly phone calls, and of course my websites.

It is now 9 years since I came to Japan, and I have enjoyed almost every moment of it. Friends will of course note that the last 3 years have not been a bundle of laughs, as I have spent alot of that time in hospital recovering from a motorcycle crash. It has given me time to think about what I will do in the future, to study some things that I did not have time to before, and of course I met some great cute nurses!

Welcome to my World
Please enjoy the site and try not to get too mad at me if a link is broken or not working. The site is under construction and your feedback is appreciated. Cheers!
